General Polyester Mastic is a two-component mastic based on polyester resins, available in both fluid and paste versions. This product is characterized by rapid hardening, low shrinkage, excellent chemical stability, and long-lasting durability.

It is formulated with high-quality raw materials and selected mineral fillers to ensure good homogeneity, mechanical strength, and ease of application.

Available in various shades, it can also be tinted with mastic colorants.

This mastic is ideal for bonding and repairing marble, terrazzo, and natural stone. It is also suitable for filling holes, cracks, and micro-defects. The fluid version is suitable for horizontal work, while the paste version is suitable for vertical applications.

Instructions for use:

1. Surface preparation: thoroughly clean the surface. It must be clean, dry, and slightly rough to promote adhesion.
2. Mixing: mix the mastic with 2 to 3% hardener until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. Application: apply immediately with a spatula. Work within 1 to 4 minutes (pot life). Curing starts quickly.
4. Finishing: once cured (2 to 5 hours), the product can be sanded, polished, or drilled.

Warning: do not exceed 3% hardener to avoid an overly fast reaction that could reduce adhesion. If adding color paste, do not exceed 3% of the total weight to preserve mechanical properties. Use in a well-ventilated area. Always perform a preliminary test on a small area before full application.
