5. HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE KEPT ?

ADSOLS keeps your Data only for the time necessary for the purposes set out in Article 3.

This retention period is not the same depending on the Data in question, the nature and purpose of the collection being likely to vary this period. Similarly, certain legal obligations impose a specific retention period.

When you contact ADSOLS through the various contact forms, telephone number, your Data will be kept for three (3) years from the last exchange with ADSOLS and then deleted.

When you have agreed to receive our Newsletters or you have subscribed to the Newsletters of our Site, your Data will be kept until you unsubscribe from them. If you have not agreed to receive our Newsletters in this form, your Data will be kept for two (2) years.

Once you have created a customer account, all Data related to your order will be kept for ten (10) years from the date of its completion.

Finally, with regard to Data collected by means of cookies or tracers, they will be kept for up to six (6) months for cookies or tracers measuring the audience and up to thirteen (13) months for the others.

8. DOES GIORDA PRODUCTS TRANSFER MY DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION ?

The Data collected within the framework of the use of the Site are hosted by the company MONAROBASE, La Vincendiére, 28330 LES ETILLEUXE whose servers are located in France.

As a result, your Data is transferred within the European Union for hosting purposes.

By using the Site, you agree to the transfer of your Data to these servers.
