Giordex is a solvent-based treatment product, both water- and oil-repellent, suitable for raw or honed stone and terracotta. It can be applied to both indoor and outdoor floors.

This microporous product is based on highly concentrated fluorinated resin in dry extract, making it extremely effective in terms of protection and long-lasting performance outdoors.

Instructions for use:

The product should be used pure on a dry, clean, untreated surface.
1. Apply with a brush, soft cloth, or pad to spread the product evenly across the surface until fully saturated, allowing absorption.
2. Pay special attention to joints and cracks.
3. After 5-10 minutes, remove all unabsorbed product by wiping the surface with a soft, dry cloth or absorbent paper.

Application guidelines:

- One coat for low-absorption stone surfaces.
- Two coats for absorbent stone and exterior use. The second coat must be applied as soon as the first one is dry to the touch.

Drying time: 6 to 8 hours.

Caution: protect or avoid wetting the treated surfaces (e.g., by rain) for 24 hours after application. Always test for slight tonal changes on a sample area. Do not apply on very hot surfaces, during peak sunlight, or on windy days. This product does not function as a sealant film. It cannot be used to waterproof materials exposed to water loads over 10 cm (e.g., pools, bathtubs, etc.). It does not prevent the deterioration (e.g., flaking, scaling) of materials that are not suitable for outdoor use. It does not make materials frost-resistant. Ensure the material is appropriate for freeze/thaw cycles if used outdoors. It does not prevent corrosion caused by acidic substances on polished limestone or polished sandstone surfaces.

Coverage:

- On marble, granite, and other low-absorption materials: 1L for 15-30 m²
- On terracotta, stone, terrazzo, concrete, and other absorbent materials: 1L for 8-15 m²

Appearance: non-film-forming, very slightly tonal.
