The Hybrid Flap Disc consists of a plastic body equipped with diamond flaps bonded with metal. This design provides the disc with greater aggressiveness compared to the Hybrid T flap discs.

The material removal and speed of the Hybrid flap disc are comparable to those of cup wheels, but with a significant reduction in machine vibrations during work. Flap discs are perfectly suited for material removal and beveling, ranging from coarse sanding to fine sanding. They can also be used for edge sanding, beveling, and surface sanding. This disc can be used on surfaces made of granite, terrazzo, artificial stone, composite, concrete, ceramic, marble, and Dekton.
