Giordacide is a very powerful acid-based stripper, designed to remove saltpetre efflorescence on new terracotta surfaces and cement residues. It is also used to neutralize and restore a neutral pH after stripping with Giorda Fort or Giordafort HP.

Key features:

- Can be used for descaling washes after installation or post-construction, to remove efflorescence, cement encrustations, and paint residues.
- Suitable for seasonal cleaning of outdoor terracotta floors affected by lime deposits caused by atmospheric agents.
- Compared to traditional hydrochloric acid, it emits fewer corrosive fumes, has a better ability to emulsify solid dirt, and offers more controlled dissolving action.

Directions for use:

It is recommended to test the product on a small area of the surface to check its resistance to Giordacide.

Dilution guidelines:

- Undiluted: for stubborn encrustations, limescale deposits, and large amounts of cement grout residue.
- Diluted 1:1 with water: for standard descaling and for neutralizing after alkaline washes.

1. Apply the product to the surface and let it act for a few minutes if possible.
2. Scrub the surface using pads, brown plastic fiber discs, or Tynex brushes until the dirt is removed.

Caution: do not use Giordacide on any type of natural stone, gravel, cement, or other acid-sensitive materials. Avoid letting the product sit on the surface. Do not use Giordacide in high-pressure washers. Protect metal surfaces and all materials sensitive to strong acids from contact and fumes.

Coverage:

Depending on the level of dirt and the material's absorption:
- For heavy-duty cleaning: 1L per 3-6 m²
- For normal cleaning: 1L per 8-12 m²
