The diamond irons for marble are manufactured with a brass bond, which allows a wear of the bond adapted to the sanding and the roughing of the marble, they have several grains MS0, MS1, MS2, which allows to make a roughing with a minimum of scratches. Diamond resins are used after roughing or for renovation. The MK3 is used to remove scratches from the MS2 iron. MK resins allow, after sanding, to achieve a mechanical shine in preparation for the poly gloss.

These so-called diamond resins are therefore used to remove scratches from diamond iron. These resins are available in different thicknesses, different shapes and different diameters (100, 125, 140, 150) to adapt to the surface to be sanded. Several machines can be used for floor sanding: floor sanders or portable machines
