Poliepoxy is a high-performance vinylester adhesive, formulated from bisphenol A epoxy resins, polyester resins, styrene monomer, thixotropic agents, stabilizers, and mineral fillers.

This adhesive putty stands out for its excellent mechanical properties and exceptional adhesion, ranking it among the best polyester-based adhesives available today.

Its technical characteristics are comparable, and in some cases superior (thermal resistance, reaction speed), to those of epoxy resins.

Its formulation also ensures excellent chemical resistance, particularly against atmospheric agents, alkaline environments (good resistance to saponification), and oxidizing agents. These properties make Poliepoxy perfectly suited for environments subject to frequent cleaning with aggressive detergents (hypochlorites, solvents, degreasers, etc.).

Instructions for use:

1. Mix 2-3% hardener with the putty. Its paste-like consistency facilitates precise and uniform dosing, essential for consistent curing.
2. Apply to clean, dry, and grease-free surfaces.
3. Surface roughness and porosity enhance adhesion.
4. Working and curing times depend on temperature and the amount of hardener used.
5. The product can be fully machined 2 to 5 hours after application, depending on ambient conditions.

Warning: excess hardener can lead to overly rapid curing, which may weaken final adhesion.
